ROASTED VEGGIE Roast peppers, zucchini and eggplant, Laura Chenel goat cheese, sweet marinated onion, sundried tomato pesto on Focaccia. HUMBOLDT FOG Creamy Cypress Grove Humboldt fog cheese, prosciutto, arugula, extra virgin olive oil on a skinny seeded baguette. ROAST BEEF Roast Beef, white cheddar, tomato, arugula, horseradish cream on Focaccia. TUNA MELT Albacore tuna, apple, capers, herbs, lemon, a little mayo, havarti, white cheddar on Multigrain. FRESH VEGGIE (cold only) Cilantro hummus, feta, roast peppers, fresh cucumber, carrots, and red onion, greens on Multigrain. HOMEMADE MEATBALLS Chef’s secret family recipe meatballs with tomato sauce and provolone on Focaccia. TURKEY FONTINA Roast turkey, fontina, rosemary, extra virgin olive oil on a skinny sweet baguette. PIEMONTE Balsamic roasted Portobello mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, Roma tomato, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil on a skinny seeded baguette.
